Additional information regarding exhibit
shipping and storage will be forwarded.
Exhibit
location selection and set up will begin at
8:00 am on Sunday, February 10, 2008, and
exhibit space will be available on at
first-come-first-choice of display location
basis. Suppliers/vendors must check in with
the registration desk between 8:00 am and
5:00 pm on Sunday February 10, 2008 or prior to
conference.
Outdoor
vehicle exhibit space will be available.
Note that the provision of signs/banners for
display space is the responsibility of each
vendor
TASC will
be providing security guard services for the
in-hotel exhibit area Saturday thru Monday
nights. Hotel/plantation security will
monitor the vehicle display area.
